Contracted Rate Benefits Driver must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and have a major credit/debit card in their name. Debit cards must have either the Visa or MasterCard logo and may be subject to a credit check. Debit cards may only be used in conjunction with proof of round trip ticket (airline or cruise) at the time of rental. Without proof of round trip ticket, debit cards are only accepted on return. Check cards are accepted for payment at the end of the rental. Prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted. Quoted rates do not include optional insurance, taxes, the Vehicle Licensing fee, the applicable Airport Concession Recovery Fee and the Hawaii Highway Revenue surcharge ($3/day). Renters will be responsible for all charges directly to the rental location. Daily rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Late returns are assessed an
hourly charge. Weekly rates are based on 5 - 7 consecutive days rental on
one island only. |

Physical Damage Waiver - $26.99/day If accepted: Relieves renter of financial responsibilities for damage to the vehicle. If declined: Renter is responsible for all loss regardless of fault. Loss includes - the cost of car if it is stolen or lost, cost of repairs, loss of use, administrative, appraisal towing and storage costs.)

Liability Insurance Supplement - $12.99/day If accepted: Will provide renter with coverage, should a third party try to sue the renter as the result of an accident.

Personal Accident Insurance - $5.45/day - Minivan and Specialty $8.45/day Provides renter with medical and death benefits in and out of the vehicle. Provides passengers with medical benefits for current incident. Provides some benefits for selected items that were stolen from rental vehicle.
